 Transaction in Own Shares

 Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 23 April 2025 it purchased
 185,798 of its own ordinary shares in the market at a price of 340.23 pence
 per share.  These shares will be held in treasury.
 Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital is
 305,623,539 ordinary shares.  The Company is holding 88,561,105 of these
 shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with
 voting rights in the Company is 217,062,434.
 This figure (217,062,434) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
 the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
 their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
 FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
