Australia's Incannex rises on positive interim data for anxiety therapy

** U.S.-listed shares of pharmaceutical cannabinoid and
psychedelic medicines co Incannex Healthcare Ltd  IXHL.O  rise
12.6% to $2.6   
    ** Co says its experimental therapy to treat a type of
anxiety disorder showed statistically significant benefit
compared to placebo, according to interim data from an ongoing
mid-stage study 
    ** The study was reviewed by an independent Data Safety
Monitoring Board (DSMB) and it did not identify any safety
concerns and  recommended no changes to study design -IXHL
    ** Co plans to complete the study by Q4 this year
    ** The study tests PsiGAD, IXHL's proprietary
Psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for generalized anxiety
disorder -IXHL    
    ** The treatment uses a naturally occurring compound called 
psilocybin to improve the effectiveness of psychotherapy -IXHL
    ** Including session's moves, IXHL tumbled ~93% in the past
12 months
