    ** Company to be acquired by affiliate of investment firm
Centerbridge Partners and GIC Real Estate in deal valued at $868

    ** Offer price of $67 per share marks a 6.5% premium to
INDT's last close and a 17% premium to the stock price in
November before Centerbridge and GIC said they were mulling a
takeover of INDT
    ** YTD, Indus Realty down ~1% as of last close
