Change to format of Quarterly Trading Update

 

As previously announced, Industrials REIT will release a quarterly trading
update for the period to 31 March 2023 at 7am BST on Friday, 28 April 2023.

 

However, following the Rule 2.7 announcement of a recommended cash offer for
the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company by Sussex
Bidco LP released on 14 April 2023, the Company will no longer be hosting a
live webinar presentation for investors and analysts on the day, as previously
