UK's Industrial REIT down on HY loss

** Shares of Industrials REIT  MLII.L  down as much as 5.1%
at 131.5p
    ** The property firm reports HY basic loss of 21.3 mln
pounds ($26.17 mlon)vs a profit of 38.3 mln pounds last year
hurt by a decrease in its value of investment properties 
    ** Co also reports a list fall in its occupancy, which was
down at 92.8% from 93.6% at the end of March 
    ** Says HY portfolio value decreased 4.3% to 656.5 mln
pounds amid a softer yield period
    ** As per last close, stock down 31.1% YTD
     ($1 = 0.8138 pounds)
