    * Resolves to offer its newly issued series J shares to 
Indygotech Minerals SA  IDGP.WA  
    * If the company's offer is accepted by Jan. 31, 2015, 
Indygotech Minerals' stake in the company will raise to 68.09 
percent from 64.22 percent
