Oct 31 (Reuters) - Polish Financial Supervision Authority 
(KNF):  
 
    * Said on Friday that it decided to impose a fine of 40,000 
zlotys ($10,100) on IndygoTech Minerals SA  IDGP.WA  as the 
company did not publish its H1 2014 financial report within the
