Extension of Deadline for Publication of Audited Accounts
 
Notice of Results
 
As a result of ongoing COVID-19 related disruptions in the various jurisdictions in which the Group companies are located, the IIP Board has been advised by the Company's auditor that it will require additional time beyond 30 Sepember 2020 to complete the audit process in respect of the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020.  
 
Consequently, and given recent regulatory guidance in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Group has applied for, and has been granted by AIM Regulation, a three month extension to the timeline for publishing its audited accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020, which are now expected to be published during October 2020. 
 
The Company expects to announce a pre-close statement for the year ended 31 March 2020 in late September 2020.
 
Further announcements will be made, as appropriate, in due course.
