Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that further to the publication of its Final Results on 23 October 2020, the Company has posted its Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders today. The AGM will be held at 55 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on 19 November 2020 at 12 noon. 
 
The Annual Report & Accounts, Notice of AGM and the associated Form of Proxy will also be uploaded to the Company's website www.iiplc.com shortly.
