Statement re Share Price Movement and Press Speculation

Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly
into assets in India, notes the recent share price movement and the press
speculation in relation to one of the Company's investee companies,
Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Pvt Ltd ("DLI").

 

IIP confirms that, as initially announced on 28 February 2022 and regularly
thereafter, although it has engaged in discussions with several third parties
(including advanced discussions with Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects
Ltd, the named counterparty in the press speculation) regarding the potential
sale of DLI, no definitive agreements have been signed.

 

Further announcements will be made if and when appropriate.
