EU top court backs consumers in FX mortgage case
WARSAW, June 15 (Reuters) - Banks cannot charge for the cost of capital in foreign currency mortgage contracts which have been deemed to be invalid because they contain unfair clauses, the European Union's top court ruled on Thursday.
