Poland's ING Bank Slaski to appoint Michal Boleslawski as new CEO

Sept 3 (Reuters) - ING's Polish unit ING Bank Slaski
 INGP.WA  will appoint Michal Boleslawski as its new CEO, it
said on Tuesday.
    Boleslawski will be appointed effective on the day of its
shareholders' meeting approving its financial statements for
2024, it said, without giving an exact date.
    Earlier this year the lender said it started to look for a
successor to long-time CEO Brunon Bartkiewicz, whose term
expires in 2025.
