April 7 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Bill Ackman's Pershing Square  proposed merging its acquisition vehicle with Universal Music Group  with a plan to list in the United States in a deal aimed at reviving the world's biggest music label's value.

** Dutch lender ING  said it had terminated the agreement to sell its Russian business to Moscow-based Global Development JSC, announced in January 2025.
