ING ends 2025 with quarterly profit beat, upgrades outlook for 2026-27

Jan 29 (Reuters) - International bank ING Groep INGA.AS on Thursday beat fourth-quarter expectations as strong interest and fees income lifted its profit for last three months of 2025 to 1.41 billion euros ($1.69 billion) versus 1.34 billion forecast by analysts polled by the lender. The Dutch bank also said it expects its total income in 2026 to rise to around 24 billion euros, up from just over 23 billion last year. The lender upgraded its guidance for 2027, as it expects to benefit from growth in fees to boost total income to roughly 25 billion euros.
