Appointment of Director of Marketing and Credit
Inspired Capital plc, a challenger provider of customer-focused financial solutions to SMEs, is delighted to announce that Mr Pierre Decote has been appointed to the senior management team as Director of Marketing and Credit. Pierre started in his new role on 3 November 2014
Pierre joins Inspired Capital from Barclaycard, one of the largest credit card portfolios in Europe and one of the top 10 global payment acquirers. Over five years at Barclaycard, Pierre held several positions, including Wholesale Risk Director and Chief Risk Officer International Consumer portfolios; 
Most recently Pierre was Director, Strategic Analytics for Business Solutions, leading Barclaycard's global strategic analytics team across four business divisions: Payment Acceptance, Commercial Payments, Point of Sale Loans and SME Lending. 
From 1999 to 2009 Pierre held various roles at Capital One France and Capital One UK. He is a French national bilingual in English, with a Business and Finance degree from Bordeaux Business School.
