      Form 8 (OPD) - Inspired Capital plc - Replacement    
      Bentley Park (UK) Limited advises that the following replaces the       Bentley Park (UK) Limited Form 8 (OPD) - Inspired Capital plc       announcement released at 12.34 pm BST sent on 15 June 2015.    
      The Form 8 (OPD) announcement has been amended to include revised       disclosure at sections 2(a) and 3 about Ron Robson's co-investment       arrangement in relation to Bentley Park Ltd's investment in Inspired       Capital plc.    
      All other details remain unchanged.

3.POSITIONS OF PERSONS ACTING IN CONCERT WITH THE PARTY TO       THE OFFER MAKING THE DISCLOSURE
Details of any interests, short positions and rights to             subscribe (including directors and other employee options) of any             person acting in concert with the party to the offer making the             disclosure:
          Ron Robson, a member of the investment team at Tavistock and a           director of Bentley Park (UK) Limited, has a co-investment           arrangement with Bentley Park Ltd ("BPL") in relation to the           investment in Inspired Capital plc. Under that arrangement, Mr           Robson is entitled to receive a percentage of the net proceeds (if           any) received by BPL upon the sale of its shares in Inspired Capital           plc, such percentage to be equal to the value of his co-investment           compared to the total value of the investment made by BPL in           Inspired Capital plc. Mr Robson does not hold legal title in any of           the Inspired Capital shares owned from time to time by BPL and he           has no right to direct the exercise of the votes attaching to those           shares or to sell or request the sale of any of those shares. Mr           Robson's interest in the Inspired Capital shares held by BPL is           purely economic and intended to mirror the economic returns (if any)           made by BPL upon the sale of its investment in Inspired Capital plc.           On the basis of the investments made to date by Mr Robson and BPL in           relation to the Inspired Capital shares currently held by BPL, Mr           Robson has an economic interest in the returns (if any) which may be           made on the realisation of 515,477 Inspired Capital shares held by           BPL.
