Inspired Capital announces that Jeremy Coombes, Group COO, has resigned from the Board and will be leaving the group with effect from 18 September 2015. Ron Robson, Group CEO, assumes Jeremy's responsibilities across the business.
Ron Robson, CEO, said: "Jeremy was a founder and CEO of Ultimate Finance when it was acquired by Inspired Capital at the end of 2013. Following the acquisition, he continued with those responsibilities and also joined the Board of Inspired Capital as Group COO.
"Having been with Ultimate Finance since its inception 13 years ago, and been an integral part of growing the business to where it is today, Jeremy has decided that it is now time to take a well-earned break with his family before looking for new challenges.
"In the short time we have worked together, I have been impressed by his knowledge of the sector and his passion and commitment to Ultimate and he leaves with our very best wishes for the future."
