Inspirit Energy Holdings Plc

("INSP" or the "Company")

Cancellation of Admission to trading on AIM

Further to the announcement of 18 November 2025, the Company has been unable
to agree terms for an alternative opportunity and accordingly pursuant to AIM
Rule 41, trading in the Company's Shares will be cancelled with effect from
7.00am tomorrow morning.

The Directors are assessing options and will advise Shareholders as
appropriate in due course.
