Company update

Further to the Company's announcement of 7 November 2025, it announces that it
is no longer pursuing the potential reverse acquisition as referenced in that
announcement. It is however seeking to agree terms on an alternative
opportunity and further updates will be made as and when appropriate. The
Company's shares remain suspended on AIM.
