INTERNATIONAL BIOTECHNOLOGY TRUST PLC

 

First interim dividend for the year ending 31 August 2026

 

At the Annual General Meeting of International Biotechnology Trust plc (the
"Company") held on 12 December 2025, shareholders approved the Company's
dividend policy of making dividend payments, equivalent to 4% of the Company's
net asset value as at the last day of the preceding financial year (31 August
2025), through two equal semi-annual distributions.

 

The Directors have declared the payment of a first interim dividend of 15.64
pence per ordinary share for the year ending 31 August 2026.

 

As at 11 December 2025, the latest practicable date prior to publication of
this announcement, the interim dividend of 15.64 pence per share represents an
annualised yield of 3.2% calculated with reference to the Company's closing
share price of 974 pence that day.

 

 Ex-dividend date:    29 December 2025
 Record date:         30 December 2025
 Payment date:        23 January 2026
 Dividend per share:  15.64 pence
