Mid-period stabilization announcement

14(th) July 2022- Industrie De Nora S.p.A.- upon communication by Credit
Suisse Bank (Europe) S.A. acting as the stabilisation agent in connection with
the IPO of Industrie De Nora S.p.A. shares on Euronext Milan - communicates
that Credit Suisse Bank (Europe) S.A. has undertaken stabilisation
transactions (as defined in Article 3.2(d) of the Market Abuse Regulation
(EU/596/2014)) in relation to the offering of the following securities, as set
out below.
