Intuitive Investments Group plc (AIM:IIG), ("IIG" or the "Company"), announces that Mr David Evans, Executive Chairman of Intuitive Investment Group, has transferred 758,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a nominee account to his ISA account.  The Ordinary Shares were transferred at a price of 18.61p and remain beneficially owned by Mr Evans.

 

Accordingly, Mr Evans's total holding in the Company remains unchanged at 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.37 per cent. of the ("Company's issued share capital.
