Intuitive Investments Group plc ("IIG" or the "Company"), announces that at
the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions were duly
passed.

Details of the proxy votes received for each resolution will be made available

Resolutions 1 to 6 were each passed as an Ordinary Resolution, and resolutions
7 to 8 were each passed as a Special Resolution.
