Invesco Asia Trust plc HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 18 December 2013, it purchased for cancellation 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 158.75p per share. Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 89,088,311 ordinary shares in circulation.
