Shareholders of Investec are advised that Philisiwe Sibiya decided to not seek
re-election to the Boards of Investec plc and Investec Limited (together the
Board) at the annual general meetings of Investec to be held on 08 August 2024
to focus on her own business and other boards.  The Board would like to take
this opportunity to thank Phili for her contributions and wishes her well in
