INVESTEC LIMITED PURCHASE OF INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES AND REPURCHASE OF
INVESTEC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES 

 

Further to the share purchase program announced on 21 November 2022, the
following purchases were made: 

 

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE 

 

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following
number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec
Markets Proprietary Limited.  

 

 Date of purchase:                               13 February 2023 - 17 February 2023 
 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  1,574,913
 Lowest price paid per share                     R114.7500
 Highest price paid per share                    R118.0000
 Average price paid per share                    R115.9133

 

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the
consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.  

 

Since 3rd of October, the Company has purchased 17,916,844 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of R1,831,325,878.29
