Further to the share purchase programme announced on 21 November 2022 ("share
repurchase

programme"), the following purchases were made:

 

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE

 

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following
number of Investec

plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets
Proprietary Limited.

The Investment Firm mandate to execute the share repurchase programme was
renewed to commence from Tuesday, 30 May 2023 and will end on or before
