INVESTEC LIMITED PURCHASE OF INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES AND REPURCHASE OF
INVESTEC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES 

 

Further to the share purchase programme announced on 21 November 2022 ("share
repurchase programme"), the following purchases were made:

 

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE 

 

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following
number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec
Markets Proprietary Limited.  

 

 Date of purchase:                               05 June 2023 - 09 June 2023
 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  752,733
 Lowest price paid per share                     R104.2500
 Highest price paid per share                    R110.0000
 Average price paid per share                    R107.4165

 

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the
consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.  

 

Since 03 October 2022, the Company has purchased 19,942,327 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of R2,053,505,532.79.

number of Investec Limited's ordinary shares of R0.0002 each through Investec
Markets Proprietary Limited.
