INVESTEC PLC - VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
As at 27 November 2014, Investec plc's issued capital consists of 613,609,642 ordinary shares of GBP0.0002 each (the "Ordinary Shares"). Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in treasury at the date of this announcement and therefore the total number of voting rights in Investec plc is 613,609,642.
The figure of 613,609,642 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Investec plc under the UKLA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
