("Lamprell" or the "Company" and with its subsidiaries the "Group")

Cancellation of listing and admission to trading of Lamprell Shares

Lamprell confirms that the listing of Lamprell Shares on the Official List and
the admission of the Lamprell Shares to trading on the Main Market of the
London Stock Exchange were each cancelled with effect from 8.00 am today, 25
October 2022.

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the full text of the
offer document published by Thunderball Investments Limited on 12 August 2022
(the "Offer Document").

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning
given to them in the Offer Document.
