Independent Oil and Gas plc (AIM: IOG.L), the development and production focused oil and gas company, announces that further to the completion of the Company's Placing, Subscription and Open Offer (together the "Fundraising"), IOG is pleased to confirm the participation in the Fundraising by certain Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company.
