U.S. stock index futures rose on Tuesday as investors returned from the Labor
Day weekend to pick up beaten-down stocks after last week's selloff on worries
about monetary policy tightening. .N 
    
    At 08:09 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.75% at 31,548. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.76% at 3,954.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
0.76% at 12,196.5.
