JCT Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, have approved the conversion of 10,00,000 Preference shares of Rs. 100 each aggregating to Rs. 10.00 Crores held by one of the Promoter Companies, into equity shares at a price calculated as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 subject to requisite approvals as may required.
