The Board of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26th May 2020, a dividend of 2.50 pence per share will be paid on 17th June 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5th June 2020.  The ex dividend date is 4th June 2020.
