In conformity with the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following:
 
As at 28th February 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 58,751,928 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. 
 
Therefore, as at 28th February 2020, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 58,751,928.
 
The above figure (58,751,928) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
