In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the  Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's)
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules,  the Company hereby notifies the
market of the following:

 

As at 31st October 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of
65,406,275 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 4,763,945 Ordinary
shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, as at 31st October 2024, the total number of voting rights for
Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 60,642,330.

 

The above figure (60,642,330) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
