27.8% to A$0.092, best day since April 11 if gains hold
    ** Cobalt miner says its U.S. arm entered an agreement for
$15 mln in funding with the U.S. Department of Defense 
    ** Co says the agreement is for conducting feasibility
studies on expanding cobalt extraction at its Idaho operations
mine
    ** JRV stock hits highest level since May 31
    ** Stock down 73.8% YTD as of last close
