 * Says the high court has entered judgment for the company 
 * High court of the republic of Singapore has released a judgment on 5 April 
   2016 
 * Is presently studying the judgment and it will explore all its options before

 * High court had accordingly ordered, inter alia, that damages assessed be paid 
   by yang 
 * High court ordered that yang, whether by himself, his agents or servants or 
   otherwise howsoever, be restrained
