 * Says entered into the placing agreement with the placing agent in relation to the placing of the placing shares 
 * Says the gross proceeds from the placing will amount to approximately hk$56.2 million 
 * Pursuant to agreement, co agreed to place, up to 72 million new shares at the placing price of hk$0.78 per placing share 
 * Says co entered into placing agreement with Cinda International Securities Limited (placing agent)
