Change of auditors
John Lewis of Hungerford plc ( AIM: JLH) would like to confirm that, as noted in the last financial statements, Hill Wooldridge have resigned as auditors after 17 years in the role. The Audit Committee, headed by Gary O'Brien, confirm that Kingston Smith have been appointed as the new auditors for the Company with immediate effect. Kingston Smith are a top 20 UK audit and accounting firm with extensive experience of the AIM market.
Gary O'Brien said: "We have been extremely grateful to Hill Wooldridge for all their help over the years and wish them all the very best in the future. Kingston Smith, who already represent a significant number of listed clients, are closely aligned to the strategic direction and objectives of the Company. We look forward to working with them."
