John Lewis of Hungerford plc (AIM: JLH) would like to confirm that, the Directors have appointed MSP Secretaries ("MSP"), a corporate services provider, as Company Secretary and Share Registrar.
 
Company secretarial services will be provided by MSP's corporate secretarial subsidiary Cargil Management Services Limited replacing Link Company Matters Limited. Share registration services will be provided by MSP's subsidiary Share Registrars Limited, replacing Link Market Services Limited.
