Lease signed for new 6,500 sq ft warehouse in Wantage

 

 

John Lewis of Hungerford (AIM: JLH), the specialist manufacturer and retailer
of kitchens, bedrooms and freestanding furniture, announces that it has
entered into a 10 year lease, with a five year break at the option of the
Company, on a warehouse facility, with additional office space, on the Grove
Business Park close to the Company's manufacturing facilities in Wantage at an
annual cost of approximately £65,000 (with first six months rent-free).

 

The new warehouse comprises approximately 6,500 sq ft and has been obtained to
facilitate the current growth in demand for the Company's products.  The
warehouse will provide additional storage space for raw materials and finished
products, increasing the capacity of the production facility.
