Board changes
John Lewis of Hungerford plc announces that Malcolm Hepworth has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect due to ill health. The Board wishes Mr Hepworth well with his continued recovery and wishes to express its appreciation of his valuable contribution to the Board since his appointment in 2006.
The Board intends to appoint a new non-executive director to the Board and a further update will be provided to shareholders in due course.
