Board changes
John Lewis of Hungerford plc announces that its finance director, Karen Stanley, has today tendered her resignation from the Board in order to pursue other, non-competing, opportunities. She will remain actively engaged in the business whilst a successor is recruited and will work with the Board to ensure a smooth handover of all responsibilities. The Board intend to start the process of identifying a successor without delay.
