John Lewis of Hungerford (AIM: JLH), the specialist kitchen manufacturer and
retailer, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30
June 2022 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of
Proxy has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available on the

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 18 January 2023 at 2.00pm at Grove Business
