** Shares of Johns Lyng Group  JLG.AX  rise as much as 3% to
A$6.960, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since Jan. 11 
    ** Integrated building services provider says it has entered
into a partnership with U.S.-based insurance co Allstate to join
its Emergency Response and Mitigation Panel
    ** Adds partnership will give Johns Lyng USA access to
potential 16 mln Allstate policy holders throughout the U.S.,
among others
    ** Stock fell ~1% last year
