The Board of JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to
shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 14th May
2025, a dividend of 8.25p will be paid on 30th May 2025 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 22nd April 2025. The ex-dividend date
will be 17th April 2025.

 

A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders and the last
election date is 8th May 2025.
