REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it purchased 80,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury
at 927.92 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 102,889,449 shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 178,744,461
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net
asset value.
