DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc announces that an interim
dividend of 2.75p will be paid on 7th October 2024 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 30th August 2024. The ex-dividend date
will be 29th August 2024.

 

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by
the registrar, Computershare, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP
(to start the plan from the interim dividend referred to above) is 16th
September 2024. Shareholders holding their shares through specialist platforms
may also be able to participate in a DRIP and should contact their providers
