The Board of JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Securities plc
(the Company) announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual
General Meeting to be held on 11th March 2026, an ordinary dividend of 0.6
pence per share, for the year ended 31st October 2025, will be paid on 20th
March 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13th
February 2026.  The ex-dividend date is 12th February 2026.

 

A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders and the last
election date is 27th February 2026.
